It is with regret that we write to inform you that the promoters of this show are unable to fulfil the show booked with City Hall on the date above and have to cancel this event.
We would like to apologise on behalf of the promoters and the City Hall for any inconvenience caused by this cancellation but the circumstances are out of our control.
We are in the process of refunding all tickets purchased for this event and are asking customers to return their tickets to the Ticket Office for processing. Refunds can only be issued on receipt of your tickets.
Tickets purchased by credit card will be refunded to the purchasing credit card. Tickets purchased by cash or cheque will be refunded by cheque. (Cheque refunds are made by Wiltshire Council, so please allow 14 days, upon receipt of your tickets, for processing).
Please return your tickets to the Ticket Office at your earliest possible convenience – if we are still holding your tickets for collection, please call us on 01722 434 434 so that we can process your refund.
